COVID-19 Status - Open for Business

In the efforts to keep our customers informed and up to date, we can inform you that we are still open for business with a few operational changes to keep our staff and customers safe:

  • Our company premises are open on a temporary collection only basis. Unfortunately, orders can only be made on our website, over the phone or by email. No orders can be made at the premises at this time. To keep contact to a minimum we are now taking payments in advance and orders can be made via the website, over the phone by card or by bank transfer. Cash payments have been temporarily suspended.
  • Some of our sales staff are now working from home however, calls and emails will be answered as usual.
  • Our production department will remain open with a small crew to produce our customer orders but this may be on reduced hours service based on the volume of work we have in.
  • All orders will be shipped as normal however we anticipate that our couriers will be under immense pressure due to the current restrictions so please bear this in mind if your delivery shows as delayed. Full tracking details will be supplied on dispatch.

We will continue to supply to our customers for as long as there is demand and we have the staff to do so, in a safe and responsible manner.
